Tangelo vd Zuuthoeve enjoyed a brilliant career under Roelof Bril, but it is especially as a stallion that he has made his mark, producing an impressive line-up of offspring including Tobago Z, Darry Lou, Hermelien vd Hooghoeve, Warrior, Taalex, and many others.

His dam Pretty Girl vd Padenborre is the full sister of Olympic vd Padenborre, who competed at 1.60m Grand Prix level, and the international Olympia vd Padenborre. She is also the uterine sister of the phenomenal Iron Man vd Padenborre who competed at the very highest level under Grégory Wathelet. This line also produced top performers such as Toronto vd Padenborre, Pin Chin, Up and Down, and Socrates vd Padenborre.
